Bethelsdorp police open their hearts to murdered teenager’s family

SAPS Bethelsdorp, Station Commander, Brig Zolani Xawuka and his members displayed compassion and sympathy towards the family of a 13-year-old murder victim by providing groceries and food to assist them during the funeral.

On 2 February 2019, the teenager was mercilessly shot and killed while inside a house in Barberry Drive in Bethelsdorp. On Saturday, 9 February 2019 the teenager was laid to rest. Lending a helping hand in times of need not only pertains to crime but also to the human aspect of policing as well.

SAPS Bethelsdorp management and the CPF visited the family and they were overwhelmed at the police’s generosity and kindness.
