The examining magistrate at the anti-terrorism judicial division has decided to keep Ridha Charfeddine at liberty, defence lawyer Jamel Hajji told TAP on Friday.

He added that the investigating judge heard his client “in the context of the case known as conspiracy against state security”.

Ridha Charfeddine, a businessman and former MP, was arrested on 10 November 2023 before being remanded in police custody.
