Dhuusamareeb, Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Bare of Somalia, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Salah Ahmed Jama, arrived in Dhuusamareeb, the capital of Galmadug State, to participate in a crucial national consultative meeting. The meeting, set to take place in the upcoming days, aims to address pressing matters and strengthen collaboration among federal member states.
Upon their arrival, Prime Minister Bare’s delegation was warmly received by President Ahmed Abdi Karie of Galmudug State and his Vice President Ali Dahir Eid. The gathering holds significant importance, as leaders from across the federal member states are expected to convene under the chairmanship of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The national consultative meeting is seen as a unified stance against the threat posed by the extremist group. Joining the leaders of the federal member states, the Governor of Banadir Region also arrived yesterday to partake in the discussions.
The meeting in Dhuusamareeb is anticipated to pave the way for collaborative strategies in addressing security challenges, fostering regional cooperation, and advancing the nation’s stability.
