GQEBERHA – SAPS Kwadwesi detectives are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a fatal accident between two vehicles on the R75 early this morning.

It is alleged that at about 01:30, on the R75 direction Kwadwesi, a Honda Ballade with three occupants experienced mechanical failure. One of the three occupants allegedly got out of the vehicle and were busy pushing the vehicle to the side of the road. A female driver of a Tata Indica alleged that she did not see the vehicle and collided with the Honda Ballade. The man that was pushing the vehicle died on the scene. The name of the deceased will only be released once the next of kin has been informed.

The investigation is ongoing.
