At its meeting on Thursday, the Bureau of the Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP) decided to hold a plenary session on January 30 to examine two bills. According to a parliamentary press release, the first is a bill to approve the guarantee agreement relating to the loan granted to the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG) to help finance the electricity interconnection project between Tunisia and Italy. The second bill to be examined concerns the approval of the framework agreement between the Tunisian government and the South Korean government on official development assistance. In addition, the meeting of the ARP Bureau provided an opportunity to examine thirty-six written questions addressed to certain members of the government by deputies. It was decided unanimously to forward these questions to the ministers concerned, the press release added. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
