Speaker of the Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP), Brahim Bouderba, Monday, stressed the need to reform the social security system in Tunisia so that it fulfills its mission at best in terms of financing health coverage and paying retirement pensions. Chairing the opening of a study day held by the ARP on social policy in Tunisia, Bouderbala expressed "commitment to work in partnership with the government si as to review the social security legislation." He indicated that the organization of a study day on social policy in Tunisia as part of the activities of the Parliamentary Academy represents a great opportunity to address issues related to the financing of the social security system and the services it provides.
