The criminal division specialised in terrorist cases at the Tunis Court of First Instance decided to postpone the case of Chokri Belaid's assassination, initially scheduled for March 12 to March 15, 2024. The president of the division announced the adjournment of the oral argument hearing, a few minutes after it had begun, due to the absence of the national television crew responsible for documenting the proceedings. No details were given of the reasons for this absence. Defendants Mohamed Amine Guesmi, Ezedine Abdellaoui, Mohamed Amri, Mohamed Aouadi and Ahmed Melki again refused to appear in court. However, all the defendants who are free were present. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
