Communitarian companies are seen as a cutting-edge experience in Tunisia and a new model of economic development contributing to the creation of wealth and job opportunities in the country,» said Employment and Vocational Training Minister Lotfi Dhiab on Friday in Kasserine. During a working visit he made to the governorate of Kasserine, the minister stressed the need to consolidate this experience which helps anchor the values of participatory action and societal responsibility according to the requirements of sustainable development and good governance. He cited as an example the Omani and Brazilian experiences in this area. The Employment Minister called on graduates from training centers to join this experience in order to promote Tunisia's natural wealth. «Four professional training centers in the region have been restructured in several specialties,» he said, emphasizing the need to adapt the training sectors to the needs of the governorate and the insertion of specialties with high technological ca pabilities given their importance in various sectors such as agriculture and tourism.
