Interior Minister Kamel Feki on Wednesday received President of the Arab Police Sports Union (APSU) Brigadier General Khalid bin Hamad Al Attiyah, who is in Tunis to participate in the 41st session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, due on February 26. The meeting offered the occasion to underline the need to scale up cooperation between the Tunisian Sports Union for Police and Reform and the Arab Police Sports Union, in order to advance the sport activity of police and security staff in Arab countries, according to an Interior Ministry press release. Khalid bin Hamad Al Attiyah welcomed Tunisia's invitation to host the session of the Executive Board, the General Assembly and its sub-committees, in addition to hosting the Arab Taekwondo Championship in January 2025.
