Director General of Tunisian Customs, Najet Omrani Jaouadi has just been dismissed, under a decree from the Finance Ministry published, Wednesday, in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT). General Commissioner of Police 1st class, Jaouadi was also dismissed as a project manager in the office of the Finance Minister. Jaouadi was appointed as Director General of Customs at the Finance Ministry in 2021 under a presidential decree. Controller General of Finances, Ahmed Khedher, was also fired.
