The period granted to committees auditing integration and recruitment operations in the civil service has been extended by two months since December 20, 2023, by virtue of Decree No. 86 of 2024 published in the Official Gazette. The text applies to public agencies, public institutions, public companies, companies with public shareholdings and all other public structures for recruitment procedures carried out between January 14, 2011 and July 25, 2021. The committees have been granted this extension to complete their audits and submit their reports to the Steering Committee under the supervision of the Prime Minister. Decree no. 2023-591 of September 21, 2023 sets out in detail how the general audit of integration operations is to be carried out in the structures concerned. According to Article 6, the audit committees should complete their work within two months of taking up their duties and submit their reports to the Steering Committee. Within one month of receiving the reports of the audit committees, the Chairman of the Steering Committee shall submit a final report on their work to the President of the Republic.
