The "Forum in Support of the Palestinian Resistance" began on Saturday at the Tunis Convention Centre in the presence of representatives of various Palestinian factions and delegations from Arab countries, including Egypt, Lebanon, Syria and Libya. Convened at the initiative of the EchaSb movement, the forum's deliberations will continue until January 14. In their speeches, participants in the Forum stressed their unwavering commitment to armed resistance against the Zionist enemy, which, backed by Western forces, continues to inflict atrocities on the Palestinian people. They called for coordinating the efforts of the Palestinian resistance factions to ensure the sustainability of the armed resistance against the Zionist forces. The forum in support of the Palestinian resistance was attended by speaker of the People's Representatives Assembly and the ambassadors of Palestine and the Syrian Republic in Tunis. Representatives of Tunisian nationalist political parties and delegations from national organisa tions, including the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT) and the National Union of Tunisian Journalists (SNJT), also attended the opening day of the forum.
