The Namibian Police Force on Friday arrested four men for alleged theft of livestock and contravention of the Animal Health Act at Mukunda village in the Kavango West Region . According to a police report issued Sunday , the suspects were arrested after they were found with suspected stolen livestock . ' It is alleged that the suspects contravened the Animal Health Act by bringing two oxen , valued at N . dollars 15 000 , from Angola into Namibia without proper arrangement ,' it added . The police said the suspects arrested are three Namibians and one Angolan national . The investigation is ongoing . Source: The Namibia Press Agency
