KASSERINE: A framework agreement was signed, Thursday, at the headquarters of the governorate of Kasserine, between the Higher Institute of Technological Studies (ISET) of Kasserine and the University of Applied Sciences (HOF) in the Bavarian region of Germany. The signing ceremony was attended by a high-level German delegation composed of the president of the HOF university and his vice-president responsible for research and development, in addition to the director of international relations of the university as well as a number of regional executives. Speaking to TAP, ISET Director in Kasserine, Malek Khadhraoui, said that this agreement is the first of its kind in higher institutes of technological studies in Tunisia. It seeks to promote applied research as well as increase scientific and cultural exchanges between the two countries. Tunisian researchers and students will have the opportunity to travel to the German university to acquire more experience and familiarize themselves with cutting-edge techn ologies, he added. Under this agreement, a double degree will be developed between the two universities during the 2025-2026 academic year to consolidate exchange between the two countries, he pointed out.
