Makkah: The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice (CPVPV) has completed its readiness to serve pilgrims across 50 awareness centers and field points in seven key areas that will be visited by pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah, as well as at land border crossings. The CPVPV also allocated 3 million identification cards that show the unified number of the service provider, 400 awareness means, 50 fixed and mobile broadcast devices for providing a sustainable interactive awareness service, and 3 mobile awareness means. All these facilities aim to optimize the Hajj experience with its spirituality for the guests of God and enabling them to perform their rituals according to Sharia. The CPVPV has invested in partnerships with entities relevant to assisting pilgrims by activating their platforms and technical services at 5 international airports, 3 stations on the Haramain High Speed Railway, and 3 sites in the vicinity of the expansion of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque. The C PVPV also assigned about 800 field and administrative employees and translators with high competence and experience to implement the Hajj plan, in addition to providing awareness content exceeding 1,300 read, audio and visual materials, translated into 15 international languages. The CPVPV launched an integrated system of technical services, digital projects, initiatives, and qualitative partnerships amounting to 17 services, projects, and initiatives, such as Mabroor application with its two operating systems and the Hajj, Umrah, and Visit platform, the digital interactive platform, 3D augmented reality technology, QR CODE technology, Chatbot technology, Wi-Fi technology, NFC, interactive maps, the Shawahid Initiative, the Tajweed Initiative, the initiative to enable qualified employees to work in translation and sign language to serve non-Arabic-speaking pilgrims, and the project to operate the awareness field center in Al-Abwa' with solar energy.
