Police in Kopanong seek public assistance in locating a missing child. Bohlokwa Lechuti reportedly went missing after attending school and no one knows of her whereabouts. Her grandparents joined by the local community and Bloemspruit police, are frantically searching for her. On 25 October 2024 at about 20:00, Kopanong police were made aware of the incident and a search party was launched. The seven-year-old Bohlokwa Lechuti was last seen by her granny in the morning when she dropped her off at Rekgonne Primary School in Phase 9 however, she was nowhere to be found when her grandmother went to collect her from school. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing her school uniform (a blue skirt, yellow school shirt and black school shoes) and carrying a red school bag. Anyone who may have information on the 7-year-old Bohlokwa Lechuti's whereabouts, is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Joseph Mbobo on 073 279 3214 or call Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or send information via the MySAPS App. Source: South African Police Service
