President of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE), Farouk Bouasker, will visit Moscow at the invitation of the President of the Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation. This invitation is part of the participation of international observation missions in the Russian presidential elections scheduled for March 17, 2024. The visit was the focus of a meeting between Bouasker and Russian Ambassador to Tunisia Alexandre Zolotov, according to a press release issued by the ISIE on Tuesday. During his visit, Bouasker will also take part in an international conference on electoral sovereignty organised by the Russian electoral commission.
