The Saaba football club academy officially became the football school of the Russian-Burkinabe African Initiative association, after a three-week 'Football holiday camp'. On July 27, 2024, African Initiative launched the 'football awakening holiday camp' for the benefit of 130 children in the junior and junior categories of the Saaba football club academy. After three weeks of intense work, the results are there. The academy has completed its transition and is now a football school of the Russian-Burkinavian association African Initiative. On Saturday August 18, 2024, the closing day of the camp, a gala match took place between the students of the academy and the Racine club of Goudrin in order to test the level of the academicians. Their performances were considered satisfactory by the supervisors. As a reminder, African Initiative created this training center in the hope that talents will be born and promote Burkinabè football nationally and internationally. Source: Burkina Information Agency
