The secretary general of the Center-East region, Sayouba Sawadogo, installed, on Monday August 19, 2024 in Koupéla, the civil administrator, Moctar Ilboudo, in his functions as the new high commissioner of the province of Kourittenga. After 04 years 02 months and 03 days of service in Kourittenga, Aissata Angélina Traoré, passes the baton to the civil administrator, Moctar Ilboudo, appointed by the Council of Ministers on July 31, 2024, after having served Kourittenga for 02 years as secretary general of the said province. The handover ceremony took place on Monday August 19, 2024 in Koupéla, in the presence of the provincial bodies, associations and NGOs, customary and religious authorities, the presidents of special delegations and the population. The new boss of the Kourittenga province expressed his firm desire and commitment to work in collaboration with partners in order to succeed in his mission. 'We reassure ourselves of our availability to serve in the best interests of our province and our nati on in accordance with the ideals of the transition,' he indicated. Moctar Ilboudo called on all stakeholders in the province to mobilize to meet the challenges. The outgoing High Commissioner, Aissata Angélina Traoré, praised the commitment and frank collaboration of all the partners and encouraged her successor for the continuation of the mission. The Secretary General of the Center-East region, Sayouba Sawadogo, expressed his encouragement to the High Commissioner who took part in the mission entrusted to him. 'At the hierarchy level, we reassure you of our availability to help you succeed in your mission. Even more than you already master the field and this is a favorable achievement.
