The Appeal Chambers of the Administrative Court will rule, from January 4 to 7, on challenges lodged against the preliminary results of the first round of the 2023 local elections, said director of the court's communication department Fayçal Bouguerra. The appeal chambers held, on Tuesday, their final hearings on the challenges lodged against the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE), he told TAP, on Wednesday. 31 challenges against the preliminary results of the local elections were filed with the Administative Court untill December 30. ISIE annnounced the preliminary results of the 1st round on December 28 and will announce the final results by the end of January. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
