Two candidates from the Zouila constituency in the Mahdia delegation are standing for the run-off local elections. They are Ridha MaSssoud and Sabeur Kmar, who obtained 106 and 85 votes, respectively, in the first round. The two candidates share the same concern for improving the guidance of young entrepreneurs and stepping up control of public projects. Sabeur Kmar promised in particular to increase citizens' participation in the local development process at the political, economic, social, cultural and environmental levels in the region. For his part, candidate Ridha Maassoud pledged notably to offer quality administrative services through the rehabilitation of administrative establishments, to ensure the improvement of municipal services and to encourage cultural activities in his locality.
