Candidate Moez Mouelhi, a 51 year-old entrepreneur, commits to effectively addressing residents' expectations and concerns, bolstering entrepreneurship for development, advancing environmental conditions, establishing a weekly market in Cité 3 Août, rehabilitating infrastructure, and encouraging the launch of communitarian companies. On the other hand, candidate Slaheddine Ben Taleb, a 59 year-old manager at the Tunisian post, promised to facilitate professional support for the youth, streamline procedures for establishing communitarian companies, establish a "producer to consumer" market, build a primary health centre, enhance school facilities, create green zones, and implement public transportation stations in the region .
