Tunis: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, met on Tuesday in Tunis with the CEO of the Bank of Tunisia and Emirates, Feriel Chabrak, to discuss the development of the bank's activities and its future direction through the digitalisation of its services and the opening up of new markets. The minister praised the bank's efforts and the important role it has played for more than 40 years in promoting and developing the economic partnership between Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates, "as one of the most prominent aspects of fraternal cooperation between the two countries," according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry. In this context, he stressed the need to provide all aspects of support to the bank, to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness in order to increase its visibility in its environment and to play its role in financing development projects and joint and foreign investments.
