Minor girl raped in Omusati

A 26 - year - old man was arrested in connection with a recent incident in which a minor girl , 13 , was allegedly abducted and raped at Etayi village . Namibian Police Force Regional Commander for the Omusati Region , Commissioner Ismael Basson said the incident allegedly occurred on Wednesday during the afternoon hours . According to Basson , the suspect allegedly grabbed the minor and dragged her into his sleeping room where he raped her . ' The suspect further locked the victim in the room until sunset ,' he said .
