The Tunis Stock Exchange new Board of Directors decided on Thursday to re-elect Mourad Ben Chaabane as its President.

The Tunis Stock Exchange held its Ordinary General Assembly, during which a new Board of Directors was elected.

It is composed as follows:

– Amen Invest

– ATTIJARI Intermediation

– BNA Capitaux

– BH Invest

– BTK Counseil

– Société de Bourse de Tunisie – SBT

– Tunisie Valeurs

– STB Finance

– MAC SA

– Tunisian-Saudi Bank – TSB

– UBCI Bourse

This composition shall be approved by the Minister of Finance.
