Tunis: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar received an invitation from Sarbia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic to visit the country during a phone call on April 15, 2024. The visit is aimed to carry on political dialogue and review ways and prospects to scale up bilateral cooperation, a Foreign Department press release reads. The phone conversation notably focused on the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation binding Tunisia and Serbia and theie firm willingness to further foster them. The two ministers also discussed multilateral issues of joint interest, particularly at the level of the United Nations Organisation. Ammar pointed out in this regard, Tunisia's constants and commitment to defending the just causes and to the fundamental principles of international law, which should be immune to any political manipulation, according to the same source.
