Tunis: The draft rules of procedure of the National Council of Regions and Districts will be adopted in the coming days, said its President Imed Derbali. The council will discharge its functions effectively shortly after the adoption of internal regulation, Derbali Monday told reporters on the sidelines of a plenary session to debate the draft legislation. The draft rules of procedure are set out in 158 articles, said council member Haythem Sfar, and 12 chapters on general provisions, committees, immunity and the conduct of plenary sessions.
