An agreement was recently signed between the Zouhair Kallel National Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology and Tunis El Manar University on fostering scientific partnership and research between the laboratories of the two organisations for a renewable period of five years. Signed by Director of the Institute Najoua Ben Amara and President of Tunis El Manar University Moez Chafra, the agreement stipulates the establishment of a framework for scientific and educational partnership between the two institutions, in addition to sharing information, jointly developing research, and organising university training activities and scientific events for broader openness to the socio-economic environment and the international sphere. A joint committee will be set up under the terms of this agreement and will be tasked with monitoring and evaluation.
