Tunis: The plenary session devoted to considering the draft rules of procedure of the National Council of Regions and Districts resumed its work on Tuesday. The plenary session on Monday passed 37 articles of the draft rules of procedure. The draft comprises 158 articles divided into 12 chapters, explained council member Haythem Sfar.
