Standerton: The Minister of Police, Mr. Senzo Mchunu, along with the National Commissioner of Police, General Masemola, and the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation National Head, Lieutenant General Godfrey Lebeya, are set to visit two clandestine laboratories and a warehouse discovered and recently shut down by the Hawks in Standerton, Mpumalanga. According to South African Police Service, equipment and substances valued at approximately R48 million were confiscated during the operation. Additionally, seven vehicles have been seized as part of the ongoing investigation. The operation also led to the arrest of nine suspects who are currently under investigation.
