Candidates in run-off local elections in El Kharouba constituency in Bouzaiene delegation (Sidi Bouzid governorate) are Najeh Hamdi and El Ayech Amami who respectively received 140 and 72 votes in the first round. Hamdi's manifesto is centred on improving roads and rural tracks, using high-voltage electricity in the agricultural sector, supporting small farmers and creating irrigated areas. For his part, Amami pointed to the need to upgrade rural roads, maintain schools, improve local services, connect to the electricity network, promote the agricultural sector and support rural women and young people in the region.
