Tunis: The net income of SONEDE International company fell by 30% to TND 109,682 in 2023, according to its financial statements published by the Financial Market Council (CMF). The company's trunover rose by 27% to TND 1.75 million in 2023, against TND 1.377 million in 2022. Operating expenses also edged up 33% to TND 1.6 million. The operating income fell by 27.3% from TND 218,615 dinars in 2022 to TND 158,871 in 2023. Founded in 2009 by the Water Distribution Utility (SONEDE), the SONEDE International is a wholly export consulting company specialised in conducting hydraulic studies mainly in Africa and the Middle East. The company's capital rose on January 28, 2022 from TND 1 million to TND 2.7 million, divided into 135,800 shares with a nominal value of TND 20 each. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
