The stock market closed Monday's session on an almost stable note. The benchmark index rose by 0.1% to 8,430.4 points on a reduced volume of TND 3.3 million, according to stock exchange broker Tunisie Valeurs. Euro-Cycles was the best performer of the session. The bicycle manufacturer's shares rose by 4.9% to TND 12.890 on a modest flow of TND 52,000. SPDIT shares were among the biggest winners of the session. The share of the investment company backed by the SFBT Group rose by 3.5% to TND 8.850. Trading in the stock was very low at TND 6,000. The shares of Assurances Maghrebia Vie were among the biggest fallers during the session. The insurance company's shares fell by 3.9% to TND 5.380, with a limited flow of TND 4,000. Electrostar shares also ended the session in negative territory. The domestic appliance specialist's share price fell by 3% to TND 0.320. The stock traded for TND 22,000 during the session. BIAT shares were particularly active during the session. The stock was virtually unchanged at TN D 90.090 dinars, feeding the market with capital of TND 1.9 million or 58% of the stock market flow.
