Tunis: Ten ‘TIF 2024 Awards’ were given to foreign and Tunisian companies operating in Tunisia, by the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA), at the opening of the 21st edition of the “Tunisia Investment Forum” (TIF 2024) on Wednesday.
The Innovation and Technology Transfer Award was won by German SARTORIUS STEDIM BIOPROCESS, manufacturer of paramedical products.
The Corporate Social Responsibility Award was given to Belgian DEMCO TEXTILE TUNISIA, which specialises in manufacturing textile products.
The Economic Trailblazer Award was earned by American VISTEON ELECTRONICS TUNISIA, manufacturers of electronic cards.
The International Excellence Award was bagged by Tunisian Cable Harness Specialist COFICAB TUNISIE.
The Inclusive Investment Award went to Swedish AUTOLIV TUNISIA, manufacturing steering wheels and car safety belts.
The Environmental Impact Award Was won by Spanish SANLUCAR TUNISIA Agricultural, producer of cherry tomatoes and strawberries.
The Green Supply Chain Award was given to Dutc
h LA JOIE DE HICHA Producer of tomato Cherry.
The Welcoming Award was awarded to French SELT MARINE COLLOIDS, which specialises in the production of organic gelatin through natural algae.
The Diaspora Startup of the Year Award was handed to Tunisian founders living in Germany: Wajdi DARMOUL and Helmi JOUINI, representing ELCO SOLUTIONS, specialising in Software and Embedded Systems Development.
The last award, the Diaspora Sustainability Impact Award, was won by PLYMOUTH TUNISIA, manufacturers of rubber and plastic products with innovative solutions for road and construction.
