The Tunis Faculty of Medicine has just been certified compliant with the ISO 21001 version 2018 standard, becoming the first Faculty of Medicine in Tunisia to achieve this success, the University of Tunis El Manar announced. Following an in-depth assessment carried out by both internal and external experts, the Tunis Faculty of Medicine has met the rigorous requirements defined by ISO 21001 version 2018 for Management Systems for Educational Organisations (SMOE). This recognition is a significant milestone in the faculty's ongoing commitment to academic excellence and the quality of medical education and enhances its status as a leading institution in the medical education field in Tunisia and beyond. This certification adds to the accreditation previously obtained from the International Conference of Deans of French-Speaking Faculties of Medicine (CODA/CIDMEF) in October 2020, testifying to the exceptional commitment and collaboration of all members of the team at this prestigious institution.
