Tunis: Some 600 participants from Africa, Asia, Australia and America are taking part in the 4th Scientific Conference of the African Society of Dermatology and Venereology (April 24-27). Previous editions of the event were held in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria. This is a first in North Africa and Tunisia. Works are unprecedentedly held in French and English, Dr. Moez Ben Salem, Dermatologist and member of the Tunisian Society of Dermatology and Venereology (STDV) and the Executive Board of the African Society of Dermatology and Venereology (ASDV) told TAP on the sidelines of the fourth conference. Some 85 expert speakers in dermatology and venereology will conduct lectures and workshops on a different topics, including allergology, infectious and sexually transmitted diseases, the use of lasers, cosmetic surgery, etc. Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
