Decree no. 2023-791 of December 27, 2023, ratifying a memorandum of understanding between the Republic of Tunisia and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) regarding the grant awarded by the Fund to contribute to the financing of the complementary study for the Essijoumi lagoon fitting out project, was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT) of January 2.
