NELSPRUIT – A Nigerian National who was taken for questioning on the afternoon of Sunday 14 August, 2022 and charged for defeating the end of justice, did not appear in court today as the case was not enrolled.
As a result the NPA has advised the Police to obtain a statement from an expert.
The suspect has been provisionally released and as soon as the necessary information has be acquired, he will be subpoenaed to appear again.
