Ben Arous: Eleven candidacies have been submitted to the independent regional authority for elections (IRIE) in Ben Arous for the elections to the National Council of Regions and Districts by Saturday, March 23. President of the IRIE, Rachid Mhamdi, told TAP the list of candidates includes ten members of the Ben Arous regional council and the representative of the region in the second district, adding that the deadline for submitting candidacies is March 23.
