Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, met, on Thursday, with Monaco's Minister of State, Pierre Dartout, as part of his two-day visit to Monaco (February 21-23) to attend the 4th session of the Joint Commission on Foreign Affairs. Both officials expressed their countries' commitment to continuing the trade and cooperation established since 1990, referring to the framework cooperation agreement signed in 2008. In this context, Nabil Ammar stressed Tunisia's willingness to strengthen its partnership with Monaco and the need to step up cooperation in areas of common interest, such as climate change. For his part, Pierre Dartout welcomed the holding of this meeting, which reflects Monaco's interest in its relations of friendship and partnership with Tunisia.
