Tunis: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar welcomed an invitation by Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani to visit Doha and hold the 8th session of High Joint Commission. This was as he met Tuesday in Tunis with Ambassador Saad Bin Nasser Hamidi who paid a farewell visit at the end of his mission in Tunisia. Ammar promised to visit Qatar as soon as possible, the ministry said in a press release. Ammar laid emphasis on the solid ties binding the two countries and said there is a common will to take relations to the next level and meet the aspirations of the two peoples. He also commended the efforts made by the Qatari diplomat to scale up cooperation. Saad Bin Nasser Hamidi stressed the distinguished ties binding the two countries and said Qatar is keen to hold the next session of the High Joint Comission in the shortest time possible.
