Conakry, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Monday delivered the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s gift of 25 tons of dates to the Republic of Guinea.
On behalf of KSrelief, Saudi Ambassador to Guinea Fahad bin Eid Al-Rashidi presented the aid to Guinean Secretary-General for Religious Affairs Karamu Gaoura, in the presence of the KSrelief team, at the Secretariat General for Religious Affairs in the capital, Conakry.
Ambassador Al-Rashidi indicated that the aid embodies the Kingdom’s message of humanitarian service, representing a generous gesture that showcases the Kingdom’s leading humanitarian role on a global scale.
He commended the efforts of KSrelief for its direct supervision and follow-up in implementing such programs.
Meanwhile, the secretary-general for religious affairs expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for this gift, which reflects the fraternal re
lationship between the Kingdom and Guinea.
The gift is part of the programs offered by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to several friendly countries for distribution to the neediest families.
