Tunis: The weather Wednesday is partly cloudy with local storm cells in north-east regions in the afternoon. The wind is blowing east in the north and south elsewhere, relatively strong in the south with local sand storms, light to moderate elsewhere. The sea is a bit choppy to choppy in the north and rough to gradually very choppy elsewhere.
