The production of eggs for consumption logged a 4.8% rise in January 2024 compared to the same period last year, data published Monday by the National Observatory of Agriculture (French: ONAGRI) show. However, the average monthly price fell 7.4% in comparison with January 2023, while growing 0.3% compared to December 2023.
