The accused in the so-called case of sending young people to hotbeds of tension and terrorism will be referred to the Criminal Chamber Specialized in Terrorism Cases at the Tunis Court of First Instance, said spokesperson for the Court of Appeal Habib Torkhani. Speaking to TAP on Thursday, Tokhani said that the Indictment Chamber rejected all requests for the release the detainees implicated in this case. The Indictment Chamber at the Court of Appeal also examined part of the aforementioned case which involves the 8 accused, arrested in connection with this case, he added. On September 29, 2022, the spokesperson for the Tunis Court of Appeal said that 820 individuals are implicated in the aforementioned case, including political personalities.
