Correspondent Narjes Bdira) - "There will be no peace in the world until all of Palestine is liberated and the Palestinian people establish a fully sovereign state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital," President Kais Saied stressed in Rome on Monday. Speaking at a closed-door session after the opening of the Italy-Africa Summit, held under the motto "Matteo Plan for Africa" in Rome, Saied condemned the war of annihilation that the Palestinian people have been subjected to for more than a hundred days by the Zionist occupation forces. "Every few minutes a martyr falls or is wounded, a house is demolished, a shelter is bombed or a hospital is destroyed," he added. The Italian capital, Rome, is hosting the Italy-Africa Summit on January 28 and 29, with the aim of launching a new phase of cooperation, particularly in the energy sector. The summit, which is attended by some 23 African heads of state and government, including Tunisia, will discuss issues affecting the continent and Europe in the areas of "cli mate change, food security, migration and energy transition".
