Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani stressed on Sunday Tunisia's full readiness to offer assistance in the field of vaccine production in a participatory approach with all African Union member states. "Tunisia is fully prepared to share its experience in vaccine production in order to contribute efficiently and effectively to saving human lives, particularly on the African continent," he said in his speech during an event on sustainable vaccine production through research projects and global vaccine development in Africa. The event is being held on the sidelines of the 37th Ordinary Session of the African Union (AU) Assembly held from February 16 to 18 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Prime Minister highlighted Tunisia's experience in vaccine production and the development of its pharmaceutical sector for decades, making it a leading hub in Africa.
